Job Overview
Range International Investment Properties are looking for German speaking Real Estate brokers to join our award-winning brokerage based in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about property sales and leasing and are motivated to build a successful, long-term career in the UAE real estate market.
As a Property Consultant, you will work closely with clients to help them buy, sell, and lease residential and commercial properties while providing expert market advice and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, referrals, and property portals
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties across Dubai
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and RERA regulations
- Maintain accurate client and property data using CRM systems
- Coordinate with developers, banks, and legal teams to successfully close transactions
- Build strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
Requirements & Qualifications
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- RERA certification is an advantage (or willingness to obtain)
