Role Description

Indus Real Estate is looking for a dedicated and skilled Real Estate Broker to join our team immediately. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, providing expert market insights, preparing property listings, and conducting property viewings.

Location: Almas Tower, JLT, Dubai

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and off-plan properties.
• Conduct property viewings and support client negotiations.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records.
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and administrative teams.
• Provide professional guidance aligned with company standards and market regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate practices.
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales.
• Solid understanding and knowledge of Real Property dynamics and market trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in client relationship management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
• A proven sales track record in real estate is a plus.
