Your Role
As a Real Estate broker, you will work across both off-plan and secondary markets, offering clients a full spectrum of investment opportunities:
- Build and manage a portfolio of local and international clients
- Advise investors on both off-plan projects and ready/resale properties
- Source and list secondary market properties (apartments, villas, luxury residences)
- Stay up to date with developer launches, market trends, and pricing strategies
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and transfer
- Deliver exceptional client service and ensure long-term relationship management
Candidate Profile
- Experience in real estate (off-plan, secondary, or both) is preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in English (and another language is a strong advantage)
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
- RERA certification is an advantage
