Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai for a Real Estate Broker. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for identifying and assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining knowledge of the real estate market trends. Additionally, the role involves preparing necessary documents, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate transactions
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of Real Property laws, market trends, and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivation with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience in the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
• Relevant certifications and licenses required to practice as a Real Estate Broker in Dubai
