Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing, experienced Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is motivated, market-savvy, targets-driven, and able to manage a strong portfolio while delivering exceptional service to clients across Dubai's real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of sales and leasing listings across designated communities
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into successful transactions
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
- Provide clients with accurate market insights, pricing advice, and investment guidance
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, buyers, sellers, and developers
- Ensure all documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements are completed accurately
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, administration, management) to maximize deal flow
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, off-plan launches, and market changes
- Represent Metropolitan Properties professionally at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience as a real estate broker in Dubai (sales or leasing)
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, and market procedures
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding monthly targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
