WILL & RICH is recruiting real estate brokers for off-plan and secondary sales in Dubai.

We are looking for people who can build client relationships, recognise a genuine buying opportunity and take a deal through to completion. Brokers who follow through—not just follow up.

The offer

• 85% commission share, increasing to 90% on eligible deals.
• Instant commission payout once the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) is signed, on eligible transactions.
• Opportunities to work across off-plan and secondary properties.

Commission percentages refer to your share of the brokerage commission, not the property's sale price. Deal eligibility and payout conditions will be explained before you join.

Your role

Own the sales process—from developing your pipeline to closing the transaction.

• Build and manage relationships with buyers, sellers and investors.
• Qualify client requirements and present suitable properties, supported by clear market knowledge.
• Arrange viewings and project presentations, negotiate offers and progress transactions.
• Maintain accurate client records, coordinate transaction documentation and develop repeat and referral business.

Who we are looking for

You have experience in property sales and can discuss the transactions you have personally progressed or closed. Dubai off-plan or secondary-market experience is preferred.

You are confident in negotiation, disciplined with follow-up and comfortable developing your own client relationships. You communicate professionally, give clients accurate information and take responsibility for the outcome.

Experience in either off-plan or secondary sales is welcome—you do not need to specialise in both.
