We are looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Brokers to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Generate new leads and build strong client relationships.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations.
- Negotiate offers and successfully close transactions.
- Provide clients with market insights and professional property advice.
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the transaction process.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements- Previous experience in real estate brokerage, sales, or property transactions is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Arabic or Tagalog is an advantage, depending on business and client communication needs.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A valid real estate license is an advantage.
