About the Role
PropertyAna Group is expanding its real estate team and is looking for motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai.
We welcome both experienced real estate professionals and freshers who are motivated to build a successful career in Dubai's competitive property market.
This is a commission-based opportunity with strong earning potential, company-provided leads, and full administrative and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new client relationships
- Follow up with leads and identify potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional property information
- Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the transaction process
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients and ensure a high level of service
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients and property owners
- Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, new developments, and market trends
- Achieve individual sales and performance targets
Requirements
- Previous Dubai/UAE real estate experience is an advantage
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of Dubai and its key areas is preferred
- Strong sales and customer-service skills
- Professional appearance and communication
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working on a commission-based structure
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
