This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role located in Dubai. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, renting, or investing in properties. Key tasks include conducting property evaluations, preparing contracts, networking with clients, providing market insights, and ensuring smooth transactions. The role requires a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service and achieving performance targets in a dynamic real estate environment.

• Experience in Brokerage and Real Estate services
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales
• Knowledge of Real Property regulations and local real estate market trends
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building a strong client network
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
• Valid UAE real estate broker license is preferred but not mandatory
