This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Real Estate Broker. The daily responsibilities include advising clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties, conducting property viewings, preparing contracts, and developing marketing strategies to promote properties. The broker will also focus on maintaining client relationships, staying updated on market trends, and achieving individual and team sales targets.

• Proven experience in Brokerage and Real Estate operations
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales
• Familiarity with the Real Property market and trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
• UAE Real Estate license is preferred
