Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The role involves sourcing and managing real estate development opportunities, conducting market research on land and property assets, and supporting brokerage activities related to buying and selling plots. The team member will maintain strong relationships with developers and investors, provide customer service throughout the transaction lifecycle, and assist with negotiations and documentation. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with internal finance and advisory teams, preparing presentations and reports, and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets, preferably within Dubai and the wider UAE.
- Experience in Brokerage and Sales, with the ability to manage transactions and support deal structuring.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and responding promptly to client needs.
- Ability to analyze development opportunities, including land valuation, market trends, and investment potential.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Relevant academic background in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in UAE real estate or development finance is an advantage.
