This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Real Estate Broker. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties, guiding them through every step of the transaction. The Real Estate Broker will conduct market analysis, identify high-value opportunities, negotiate deals, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborating with property developers and maintaining a deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market will also be integral to the role.

• Expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate with a strong understanding of market trends and practices
• Proficiency in Sales and Real Property management, including the ability to close deals effectively
• Strong Customer Service skills with an emphasis on building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market and regulations is highly advantageous
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets or handling real estate transactions
• Relevant professional certifications or licenses are preferred
