This is a full-time, on-site position located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for generating leads, promoting and selling properties, facilitating transactions, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Key tasks include identifying prospective buyers and sellers, negotiating agreements, conducting property tours, managing documentation, and staying updated on real estate trends to provide valuable market insights.

• Knowledge and expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate transactions
• Strong skills in Customer Service and fostering client relationships
• Proficiency in Sales and negotiation techniques in the property market
• Understanding of Real Property concepts, legal procedures, and market analytics
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while meeting targets and deadlines
• Fluency in English; familiarity with Arabic is an asset
• Previous experience in the real estate industry, particularly in high-end luxury markets
• Valid UAE real estate broker license (or ability to obtain one) is required
