ULO Real Estate — a Diamond Listed Company with EMAAR and Meraas — is expanding and building its Off-Plan Team. We're looking for experienced and motivated real estate brokers ready to close deals and grow with one of Dubai's top brokerages.

About the Role:

You will work with a steady flow of qualified leads from the USA, UK, EU, and CIS markets, selling premium off-plan projects from leading Dubai developers.

Our lead generation is fully established and consistently delivers high-quality inbound leads — allowing you to focus on closing deals.

We are looking for brokers with experience in both secondary and primary markets (off-plan preferred), who understand the Dubai property landscape and are confident working with international clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan preferred)
• Experience working with both primary and secondary markets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent English
• Goal-oriented and self-driven with a high level of motivation
• Familiarity with developers such as EMAAR, Meraas, Damac, Sobha, etc.
