Client Escalation Manager U.S. Real Estate (Remote)
Pay: $6$8/hr
Schedule: MonFri | 9:30 PM1:30 AM (local)
Hours: 4 hrs/day Full-time after probation
Role:
Own and resolve high-priority client escalations for a U.S. real estate business. Handle unhappy/high-risk clients, de-escalate issues, diagnose campaign/data/lead problems, and deliver recovery planswithout involving leadership.
Requirements :
* Proficiency in English (no accent)
* Real Estate experience as Client Success Manager
* Real Estate experience as Account or Data Manager
* Strong knowledge of U.S. lead gen, cold calling, investor expectations
* Confident with U.S. clients
