About the Role
Rana Zain Group is hiring a passionate Real Estate Investment Consultant / Agent with qualities of being closer themselves to represent an international real estate company based in Business Bay Dubai. You will advise investors, present global property opportunities, and manage full investment cycles from lead handling to transaction closing. All leads will be provided to you along with full AI Lead management system. So we actually need closers to close deals. it's a commission only role with no basic salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on international real estate investments, market trends, ROI projections, and portfolio strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis: cash flow, rental yields, IRR, and risk assessments.
- Present property options and guide clients through negotiations and transactions.
- Coordinate with developers, legal teams, banks, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain client relationships and deliver ongoing portfolio support.
- Attend property events, networking functions, and investment seminars.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or property consulting with minimum 3 sales closing record.
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate markets.
- Ability to analyze investments and confidently explain ROI to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, well-presented, and comfortable with high-net-worth clients.
- English required; additional languages are an asset.
- RERA certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).
