Key Responsibilities

-Generate and manage property sales opportunities

-Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors

-Conduct property presentations, consultations, and viewings

-Advise clients on market trends and investment opportunities

-Negotiate and close property transactions

-Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

-Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements

-Previous experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Consultancy, or a sales-focused role is preferred

-Strong communication and negotiation skills

-Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to succeed

-Professional appearance and customer-focused approach

-Fluency in English is required

Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch are advantageous

-UAE driving license is an advantage
