Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while offering expert guidance on market trends and investment opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting property valuations, negotiating deals, providing property tours, and ensuring all real estate transactions comply with legal and regulatory standards. Consultants will also collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Sales skills with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent Negotiation skills to secure optimal agreements for clients
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and regulatory requirements
• Competence in interpersonal communication, presentation, and client relationship-building
• Certification or license in real estate consulting is preferred
