What You'll Do:

Support new agents through onboarding and training academy programs

Help agents identify their right area and build a clear strategy for success

Provide continuous guidance and mentorship in the competitive real estate industry

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Assist in property marketing, viewings, and deal closures
