Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role as a Real Estate Consultant, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with the flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Real Estate Consultant will manage various tasks, including advising and assisting clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties, identifying potential leads, negotiating deals, and conducting market analysis. The consultant will provide expert advice to clients, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored real estate solutions that align with client needs and market trends.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales to deliver exceptional customer service and advice.
• Strong Negotiation skills to successfully close deals and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Proficiency in Training abilities to guide, educate, and mentor clients or team members when necessary.
• Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills to foster client relationships and assess complex situations.
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to hybrid work environments between office and remote settings.
• Ready to work on commission sharing basis
• Minimum 2 years any sales experience.
• Must have owned car and valid UAE driving license.
