Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant, based in the United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with property purchases, sales, rentals, and investments. Key tasks include conducting property evaluations, providing market insights, negotiating on behalf of clients, building relationships within the industry, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves staying informed about market trends and local regulations to enable better advice and guidance to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise (at Least 1 Year) in Real Estate, Real Property, and property market trends
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills to facilitate property transactions effectively
• Experience in Training and mentoring clients or team members
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
