Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Consultant based in Heliopolis, with flexibility for some remote work. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include market research, property evaluation, delivering exceptional client service, negotiating deals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends and regulations. The consultant will also provide relevant property training and guidance to clients to help them make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and related markets
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver Training and provide expert guidance to clients
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency in using real estate management software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is preferred
