Real Estate Consultant (Spanish/French/Russian/German/Italian Speakers)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for speakers of Spanish, French, Russian, German, or Italian. The Real Estate Consultant will manage a portfolio of properties, conduct viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on current market trends, preparing and presenting property listings, and maintaining accurate records in the company's systems. The role involves negotiating offers and contracts, coordinating with internal teams for asset and property management, and ensuring a high standard of client service. The consultant will also build and maintain relationships with international and local clients, using language skills to support clear communication and trust.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, with experience in residential and/or commercial markets.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, client follow-up, and closing transactions.
• Effective Negotiation skills for offers, contracts, and terms, ensuring fair and compliant agreements.
• Experience in Training or mentoring, either in real estate processes or client education, is beneficial.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, French, Russian, German, or Italian; professional proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused and ethical approach.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage a dynamic schedule, and meet performance targets.
• Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations and RERA certification (or willingness to obtain) is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a real estate agent or consultant, and proficiency with CRM and property listing platforms.

This is a Commission Based Role.
