Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Consultant, located in Dubai, with some flexibility to work from home. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with property buying, selling, and renting processes. Daily tasks will include providing property consultations, creating property listings, conducting site visits, and negotiating property prices and terms. The consultant will also ensure client satisfaction and build solid long-term relationships with clients and developers through effective communication and professional expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property landscapes
• Proven experience in Sales and Negotiation, with the ability to close deals effectively
• Ability to provide Training to clients or team members when necessary
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, and customer relationship skills
• Familiarity with the real estate market in Dubai is an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM software and other real estate tools is beneficial
