Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting real estate properties while providing expert advice and insight into the local real estate market. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts and agreements, providing property consultations, and managing clients real estate needs. The consultant will also collaborate with team members and participate in relevant training initiatives to maintain an updated knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Proven skills and experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and a strong understanding of the local market.
• Sales and Negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements for clients.
• Ability to participate in Training sessions to continuously enhance market knowledge and industry expertise.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and high levels of professionalism.
• Bachelor's Degree is a must
• Previous experience in a real estate consultant or similar role is a Must
