As the Cost Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial aspects of our real estate projects, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to budgets. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, cost management expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cost control strategies and procedures for real estate projects
- Monitor project budgets and track actual versus planned costs
- Analyze project expenses and identify areas for cost reduction and optimization
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to budgets
- Prepare and present cost reports and financial analysis to senior management
- Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts and prices
- Implement financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in cost management practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architect Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Cost Control Manager or similar role in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of cost management principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
