Role: Senior Associate – Market & Customer Intelligence

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We're looking for a Senior Associate – Market & Customer Intelligence to join a leading real estate developer's Commercial Excellence team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping business decisions by analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive intelligence across the UAE real estate sector, with a strong focus on Abu Dhabi. You'll work closely with senior commercial leaders to analyse market, customer, competitor, and portfolio data, delivering actionable insights that influence strategic planning, product positioning, and future market opportunities.

We're looking for professionals with:

• 5+ years of experience in real estate market research, intelligence, or analytics.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
• Expertise in conducting competitor research, sales velocity, volume, and wider market trend analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting market and sales performance data.
• Expertise in developing dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Support business planning by providing market intelligence that drives informed decision-making.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, Quanta, or similar analytics platforms.
