Role Description

We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, agents, and visitors in the office
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Prepare documents, contracts, and marketing materials
  • Manage listings, update databases, and coordinate with agents
  • Schedule appointments, property showings, and meetings
  • Maintain office supplies, files, and records
  • Support social media or MLS postings as needed

Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Previous experience in real estate, office administration, or customer service preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools
  • Knowledge of MLS or real estate software is a plus
  • Professional demeanor and ability to multitask
