Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for Fresh Graduates in Sales. The primary responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored property options available within the company's extensive portfolio. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, building strong client relationships, and participating in sales training to enhance skills and knowledge in the real estate field. Collaboration with the sales department and other team members is essential to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with and address client needs.
• Basic knowledge and interest in Sales, with the ability to learn and develop Sales strategies through provided Training programs.
• Ability to work within a team and support Sales Management to achieve goals.
• Proactive attitude, enthusiasm for real estate, and a desire to develop your career in sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of market trends in the real estate sector is a plus.
