Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for a Property Consultant / Senior Property Consultant. The responsibilities include providing expert advice to clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate. The role involves handling client inquiries, identifying their property needs, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction. The consultant will also stay updated with market trends, analyze property values, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.

Expertise in Consulting, with a strong ability to provide tailored advice to clients.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, ensuring client needs are met effectively.

Proven track record in Sales and Real Estate, demonstrating the ability to close deals successfully.

High level of professionalism, adaptability, and a client-first attitude.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are a plus.

Proficiency in relevant software or real estate management tools is highly advantageous.

Previous experience in a similar role and a solid understanding of real estate markets and trends are preferred.
