This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Human Resources Manager, located in Dubai. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and training development. Day-to-day tasks will include recruiting and onboarding employees, managing performance evaluations, fostering a positive company culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and supporting the professional development of team members. The role also involves developing HR policies and acting as a bridge between management and employees.

• Experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment strategies
• Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Team Building
• Knowledge of Compliance, Labor Laws, and HR Policies
• Proficiency in Training and Development methods
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage
