Real Estate Investment Associate

We're currently partnering with a leading real estate development platform on the search for an Investment Associate to join their growing team in Saudi Arabia.

This opportunity is suited to candidates with 3–6 years experience across real estate investments, corporate finance, private equity, investment banking, or development-focused investment platforms.

The role will offer exposure across:

• Evaluating new investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, and JV transactions
• Supporting deal execution, financial modelling, and commercial analysis
• Monitoring and managing an existing real estate asset portfolio
• Working closely with senior leadership on investment strategy and growth initiatives
• Conducting market analysis, feasibility assessments, and investment reporting

We're particularly interested in individuals with strong analytical capability, transaction exposure, and experience working across real estate or adjacent sectors.
