A leading Real Estate fund is seeking an experienced professional to join its Investments team. This role is central to the firm's growth strategy, focusing on originating and executing high-value real estate investments while driving asset performance across a diverse portfolio.
- 37 years of relevant experience in real estate investments, acquisitions, and/or asset management
- Proven record of successfully leading and closing transactions (acquisitions, joint ventures, developments, or dispositions).
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise specific to real estate assets.
- Strong experience presenting to and working with investment committees or boards.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong relationships across the investment ecosystem.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) with excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
