Role Overview
A leading construction company is seeking a skilled Investment Manager with 7-9 years of experience to join its team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves developing and managing investment strategies, overseeing portfolio performance, and identifying lucrative opportunities within the construction and real estate sectors.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, deep industry insights, and a strategic mindset to drive investment growth and support long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify new opportunities in construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors to expand the company's investment portfolio.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to evaluate potential investments and stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and economic conditions.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Portfolio Management:
- Oversee and monitor the performance of the company's investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with return objectives.
- Recommend strategic adjustments to the portfolio based on market conditions and investment performance.
Financial Due Diligence and Risk Assessment:
- Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential investments.
- Assess risks associated with investment opportunities and propose mitigation strategies.
Transaction Execution:
- Drive the execution of investment deals, including structuring, negotiations, and closing.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners, including banks, financial institutions, and investors, to support investment initiatives.
- Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and presentations with key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 7-9 years of proven experience in investment management, with a focus on construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong track record in financial modeling, portfolio management, and investment deal execution.
- Arabic fluency is essential for this role. Foreign applicants with Arabic language capabilities are highly encouraged to apply.
Salary: upto 50k AED per month.
