Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Investment Specialist based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing real estate investment portfolios, conducting market research, performing due diligence on potential investments, and evaluating property performance and investment opportunities. The specialist will work closely with clients to develop strategies that optimize their investments and align with financial goals. Regular responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying profitable real estate assets, and providing expert recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Expertise in real estate and real estate investment strategies.
• Thorough understanding of investment principles and strategic decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications, such as CFA, are a plus.
• Previous experience in commercial real estate investment is highly desirable.
