Property Shop Investment (PSI) Hub is seeking ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Investment Specialists to join our Abu Dhabi team.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for professionals who are passionate about real estate, client advisory, and building a successful career within the UAE property market. The role offers a performance-driven earning structure, with commission opportunities of up to 50%, alongside the support and resources of an established real estate organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Advise local and international clients on residential property and investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers and investors.

* Qualify leads, understand client objectives, and recommend suitable properties and investment opportunities.

* Conduct property presentations, consultations, and viewings.

* Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to successful completion.

* Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and international clients.

* Generate business through company leads, referrals, networking, prospecting, and digital channels.

* Build a professional personal brand and leverage social media to expand your network and generate opportunities.

* Stay informed on market trends, new developments, payment plans, and investment opportunities.

* Work closely with PSI's sales, listing, marketing, mortgage, and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals who are:

* Experienced in real estate or a target-driven sales environment, with a proven record of achieving results.

* Strong communicators with excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

* Commercially minded and confident working with high-value and international clients.

* Proactive, disciplined, and comfortable with prospecting, follow-ups, and business development.

* Motivated by performance and interested in building a long-term career in real estate.

* Fluent in English; Russian, German, Arabic, or other European languages are an advantage.

* Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai property markets is highly desirable.

* UAE driving license is preferred.
