Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Real Estate Leasing Manager based in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end leasing operations, manage property showings, negotiate lease terms, ensure compliance, and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants across residential and commercial portfolios.

Key Qualifications

• Experience in Dubai property management and lease administration

• Strong knowledge of leasing processes and real estate operations

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills

• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market

• Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory)

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
