We are looking for a Real Estate Leasing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate leasing, tenant relations, and achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and lease available properties and units to potential tenants.
- Attract new tenants and follow up with prospective clients throughout the leasing process.
- Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and conditions.
- Prepare, review, and follow up on lease agreements and renewals.
- Monitor vacant units and contribute to improving occupancy rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients.
- Prepare periodic reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and available opportunities.
- Monitor real estate market trends, rental rates, and competitors.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to complete leasing procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate leasing or property management.
- Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting.
