Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, for a Real Estate Listing Agent. The role involves managing property listings, conducting market evaluations, and facilitating property sales and rental transactions. Responsibilities include engaging with clients, providing exceptional customer service, negotiating deals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the market trends to effectively connect buyers and sellers. The Listing Agent will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate market trends and transactions
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in Customer Service with a client-centric approach
• Knowledge of Real Property regulations and market compliance
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Proficiency in English; fluency in Arabic is a plus
• Previous experience in the UAE real estate market is advantageous
