We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property listings across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate and attractive property information, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other relevant platforms.
Ensure all property information is accurate, complete, and professionally presented.
Coordinate with sales agents and property owners to gather property details, photos, and documents.
Upload and maintain listings in the company CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
Monitor listing performance and provide feedback to improve visibility and engagement.
Respond to client inquiries and coordinate property viewings as required.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional strategies for listings.
Track competitors listings and market trends to maintain competitive positioning.
Proven experience in real estate listing coordination or property management.
Strong knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and real estate CRM systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [English/Arabic].
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in real estate sales support or marketing.
Familiarity with UAE property regulations and market trends.
