Role Description:
Trans Emirates Property is seeking a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Listing Manager to lead the acquisition, management, and optimization of property listings. The role focuses on building strong relationships with property owners, securing quality units, and ensuring listings are professionally presented across all platforms to support sales and leasing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Listing Acquisition & Owner Relations
- Actively source new property listings by communicating directly with property owners, landlords, and investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners to secure exclusive and high-quality units.
- Conduct property onboarding, including unit details, pricing advice, availability, and required documentation.
- Coordinate property inspections, photoshoots, and listing approvals with owners.
2- Listing Management & Publishing
- Create, manage, and optimize property listings across real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) and internal CRM systems.
- Write compelling property descriptions aligned with market demand and company branding.
- Ensure listings are accurate, updated, and competitive in pricing and positioning.
3- Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure all listings comply with RERA regulations, portal policies, and internal company standards.
- Verify ownership documents, unit details, and marketing approvals before publishing.
- Handle listing revisions, removals, and renewals in coordination with owners and brokers.
4- Performance Optimization & Reporting
- Monitor listing performance, lead quality, and market response.
- Optimize listings based on data insights to increase visibility and conversions.
- Provide regular reports on acquired units, active listings, and performance metrics.
5- Collaboration & Market Intelligence
- Work closely with brokers and leasing/sales teams to match listings with active client demand.
- Share market feedback with owners to support realistic pricing and faster transactions.
- Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate trends, supply, and demand.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 24 years of experience in UAE real estate brokerage or listing acquisition.
- Proven experience in owner sourcing and unit acquisition.
- Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi real estate market and property types.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple owners and listings simultaneously.
