Real Estate Manager

• Identify and evaluate potential locations for company expansion.

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess location potential.

• Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms with property owners.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure site selections align with business strategy.

• Work with architects and contractors on site layouts and approvals.

• Monitor real estate market trends and provide insights for strategic planning.

• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and real estate agencies.

• Manage the site acquisition process, including legal and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee real estate budgets and ensure cost-effective site acquisitions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
