About the Opportunity
We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Manager for one of our clients in Dubai. This is a senior operational role suited to a strong leader with a proven track record in portfolio management, regulatory compliance, and team development within the Dubai real estate market.
Our client is part of a large, diversified business conglomerate with a long-standing presence in the UAE and international markets, operating across sectors such as real estate, automotive, lifestyle retail, F&B, logistics, infrastructure, and investments.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Operations Management
- Oversee a multi-property portfolio to ensure optimal occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Implement and enhance policies, procedures, and operational frameworks.
- Develop strategies to strengthen market presence and portfolio performance.
- Ensure full compliance with DLD, RERA, and applicable UAE real estate regulations.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and manage property managers, maintenance teams, security staff, and support personnel.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing teams.
- Promote a culture of accountability, efficiency, and service excellence.
Client & Stakeholder Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, landlords, developers, and service providers.
- Maintain professional, solution-oriented communication.
- Resolve escalations and operational issues promptly.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Support budgeting, cost control, and maintenance planning.
- Review and negotiate vendor and service contracts.
- Prepare performance and compliance reports.
Skills & Qualifications
- 57+ years of experience in Dubai real estate, including multi-property management.
- Strong knowledge of DLD, RERA regulations, tenancy laws, and local market practices.
- Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience implementing policies, procedures, and operational structures.
- Fluent professional English (written and verbal).
- High level of professionalism and accountability.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work 6 days per week, including public holidays when required.
