Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore for a Real Estate Marketing and Sales Manager at FRX Capital. The Marketing and Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with marketing strategies, sales operations, client communication, and revenue generation.

Qualifications

• Singaporean or Singapore PR
• Marketing Strategy, Sales Operations, and Client Communication skills
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
• Sales Forecasting and Market Analysis skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• 2 years working experience in the Real Estate Industry
• CEA licensed agents preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Real Estate field
