Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and developers

Understand client requirements and provide tailored off-plan property solutions

Schedule and conduct property presentations and viewings

Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and competitor projects

Match client requirements with suitable off-plan developments

Assist clients through the full buying process

Ensure all paperwork, contracts, and legal documentation are accurate and compliant

What We're Looking For:

2mos to 1 year experience in Dubai real estate

Basic knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market trends

Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills

Familiarity with real estate portals and digital marketing platforms is an advantage

Target-driven with a passion for sales and property investment
