Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and developers

• Understand client requirements and provide tailored off-plan property solutions

• Schedule and conduct property presentations and viewings

• Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and competitor projects

• Match client requirements with suitable off-plan developments

• Assist clients through the full buying process

• Ensure all paperwork, contracts, and legal documentation are accurate and compliant

What We're Looking For:

• 2mos to 1 year experience in Dubai real estate

• Basic knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market trends

• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills

• Familiarity with real estate portals and digital marketing platforms is an advantage

• Target-driven with a passion for sales and property investment
