We are looking for an experienced PLOT Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai.

If you have solid experience in plot transactions and a proven track record, we want to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Work with investors, developers & landowners

* Conduct site visits & close high-value deals

* Stay updated on plot market trends & regulations

* Ensure smooth documentation & legal compliance

REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum 3-4 years Dubai real estate experience (Plot transactions)

Proven track record in plot sales Mandatory

Strong negotiation & closing skills

Knowledge of Dubai plot regulations

CRM & property portal experience

Attested Bachelor's Degree

Immediate joiner preferred
