We are seeking an experienced and strategic Real Estate Property Consultant to help our clients navigate the property market. You will be responsible for evaluating real estate portfolios, identifying lucrative investment opportunities, and advising clients on market conditions, zoning laws, and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Consultation

• Consult with clients to understand their financial standing, risk tolerance, and long-term investment or property goals.
• Advise high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives, and investors on whether to buy, lease, or divest real estate assets.
• Provide second opinions on property deals and analyze financial metrics like cap rates and cash-on-cash return.

Market Analysis & Research

• Analyze demographic and economic trends to identify high-growth areas and profitable property sectors (e.g., residential, commercial, or industrial).
• Conduct in-depth research to provide accurate property valuations and competitive market analyses.
• Keep abreast of the latest real estate laws, zoning regulations, and market developments.

Deal Structuring & Transactional Support

• Negotiate purchase, sale, or lease agreements on behalf of clients.
• Assist clients in preparing legal documents and ensuring all contracts meet regulatory compliance.
• Guide clients through the mortgage or loan acquisition process by working alongside financial institutions
