We specialize in residential and commercial sales and leasing, off-plan, secondary investments and giving our agents exposure to a wide range of property types and client needs.

Responsibilites :

As a full time, on site Real Estate Agent based in Dubai, you'll be at the heart of our business connecting clients with properties and guiding them through every step of the journey.

Sourcing and listing properties across residential and commercial sectors, including off-plan and secondary investments
Conducting property viewings and showcasing homes and commercial spaces to prospective clients
Guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing process from first consultation to closing
Prospecting and generating leads to build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords
Staying ahead of local market trends to advise clients with confidence and credibility

Requirements:

Valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Dubai Real Estate regulations and practices
Strong sales skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build long term client relationships
Working knowledge of Real Property valuation basics, property types, and local market dynamics
Valid UAE driving license
