We are looking for elite, self-driven property consultants who are tired of dealing with being unable to secure stock for their buyers and are ready to operate at the highest level.

Required Skills

• Proven ability to close deals and with track records
• Background in real estate agency or developer sales — both welcomed
• Minimum 1 to 2 years Experience in Dubai's real estate market
• Large and usable broker network - must show this
• Strong experience across off-plan and/or secondary market transactions
• Proven ability to self-generate leads and close independently
• Dual-language proficiency is a strong advantage
• Professional, well-presented, and C-suite ready in communication

This is a COMMISSION ONLY position — structured to reward performance generously.
